Billing and access

Understand when the trial starts, how workspace coverage works, and what stays available in read-only mode.

Taggie costs $10 per covered workspace, per month. There is one plan: every feature, unlimited tags and unlimited teammates.

The trial

Your 14-day trial starts when you create your first workspace, not when you register. It is available once per account, ever, and no card is required.

Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. Instead, the workspaces become read-only until you choose billing coverage.

Choose workspace coverage

Open Settings → Billing to see a checklist of every workspace you own. Tick the workspaces you want to keep editing.

Your subscription quantity is the number of covered workspaces. Tick another later and Stripe prorates the difference.

Read-only means readable

An uncovered workspace stays present and readable. You can still explore it and export its data. Changes and syncing pause.

Pay for the ones you want to keep editing. The rest stay readable.

Nothing is deleted or held behind an export restriction. Cover the workspace again later and continue where you left off.

Cancellation and failed payments

Cancel from Settings → Billing with no fee and no notice period. Coverage continues to the end of the paid period, and you can resume before then.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries over several days and emails you. If it still cannot be collected, covered workspaces become read-only. Resubscribing restores editing without removing the structure.

Refunds

Your first payment is refundable in full within 14 days, with no questions asked. Duplicate charges and outages caused by Taggie are refunded after that window as well. Statutory rights always come first.

Read the current refund policy for the legal terms.

Deleting a workspace

A deleted workspace enters trash and remains recoverable for 30 days.
